Sleep-Disordered Breathing (SDB) is prevalent among children with Down syndrome (DS), significantly impacting their health and quality of life. This mini-review explores the prevalence, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, management, and associated comorbidities of SDB in preschool-aged children with DS.
